meaning and purpose
Recce - Recce - filming Recce is a phrase used in the army which has been taken by the media society in the UK it comes from the word reconnaissance. Its a term for when you visit a location before the actual shoot to work out if its suitable for the shoot such as access to necessary facilities and assessment of any potential lighting or sound issues.

I aim for a variety of shots so need shoot in various locations to create different styles and types of images. so i decide to complete both a studio shoot and London city shoot where I take stills of the model to create natural looking shots plus studio setting shots. most of the  shots will be taken within london however i  will have a few studio shots

The city shots are taken in London, I have indicated all the places I will be shooting in  for my advertisement below. I have visited every location before the day of the shoot and can confirm they are all a safe area but there will always be a risk as its a busy city, I will take the appropriate precautions to avoid problems or issues.

	Southbank Southbank is a river front in london near the london eye this is where i'll be filming the bench scene and maybe the london skyline scene.This location might have a problem because it's a very busy part of london so people might ruin the shot this could cause a prolonged filming time so i have given this part of the filming in my schedual a longer time
	The Gherkin The gherkin is a office building but also one of the most iconic buildings in britain.This is where i will shoot the office scenes and gherkin external shot. it's a very busy part of london so people might ruin the shot this could cause a prolonged filming time so i have given this part of the filming in my schedual a longer time
	The houses of parliament The houses parliaments are in the center of london is where i'll be filming the walking scene and also the skyline film it's a very busy part of london so people might ruin the shot this could cause a prolonged filming time so i have given this part of the filming in my schedual a longer time
	London bridge The london bridge is a bridge over the thames this is where i'm going to do my time lapse scene
